The work conference:
The Multicultural Society,
The economic power of the future

A Multicultural Society
Amsterdam and New York City, New Amsterdam and Amsterdam South-East, Gouda and Utrecht, Newburgh, Hudson and Poughkeepsie.
Small cities, big cities, we all know the multicultural society. And we also know the advantages and the disadvantages.

The conference
The world is more and more growing to a global market. More and more minorities are increasingly perceived as a legitimate and integral component.
In a truly multicultural society you will find people of different backgrounds or religions living together. And they are forming an increasing economic power.
This work-conference makes it possible to learn from the experiences in New Netherland with 400 years experiences and a longer history of economic impulses to create a multicultural society. And to dialogue here and there to exchange mutual ideas and initiatives for new multicultural policy deployment.
An example: Samuel J. Palmisano, CEO of IBM says: “For nearly a century, IBM has chosen to live in the intersection of bringing innovations to the world that make a lasting difference. To build trusted, long-term relationships with owners, employees, partners, neighbors and the world at large. This choice has enabled our company to prosper, to create value for our clients and owners, to provide rewarding careers for millions of people, and to be a progressive force in the societies in which we do our work.”
