Time

Time flies. The year 2009 is the celebration of four hundred years Dutch settlement.
In 2009 it would be nice to have time on our side and to have time working for us.
The past makes it possible to learn lessons. The lesson of taking the good things with us. 1609 was the beginning of a long history and many traditions.
The present offers the opportunity to see now is the moment for success, for vitality, and for gifts, in order to continue to evolve and expand the good of the past. And to start a new adventure, at least for the next hundred years.
The future means time for growth and prosperity, to abound in possibilities.
Time to enjoy this celebration of the Dutch coming to and being in America. So here’s a year full of expositions of art and fashion, the journeys of the ship the Half Moon, tours to historic Dutch sites, an open-hearth cooking workshop, educational programs, a conference about water, an infusion of Dutch ships in New York Harbor, a bike tour, lectures about Dutch influence on American business and management, the opening of the new walkway and bike bridge across the Hudson in Poughkeepsie and lots of other events.
Make this the time of your life, and be part of this celebration. So you can tell the story to your children and grandchildren, for them to remember for the next centennial.

How can you use the past, present and future for your company?
If you make time to celebrate, what do you find important to celebrate and how would you want to do that?
