New business attitude

Giving feedback has started in the US and was made popular by Virginia Satir. The New Dutch paradigma shift of Associates for Corporate Change (ACC) says: Asking feedback comes before giving feedback. It means you activate the people in your organization to learn and to make them instrumental in their own development. It means the possibility to evaluate what’s good or what can be done better next time. This is their own decision.
Feedback is activating the human capital in your company.
If we ask ourselves feedback on the discovery and the Dutch settlement in New York during the past 400 year, what can the feedback be about the living history, specific on growth and evolution?
And how will the answer support us to put new energy in the future?
