Continuous leadership
Being ‘the new world’ and having a history of four hundred years, tells us something about continuity.
Four hundred years may be a rather long period of pioneering. The next four hundred years could be intended for caring and focusing on providing a healthy environment.
If that choice is made, we have to demand of ourselves to grow into continuous leadership: to create the message of a convenient truth; to bring the nation and the world together, and work together for the good of the planet; to make the future possible for the next generations, and make sure to be ready for that; to ensure that the present population is a welcome melting pot, and that it is articulated that they are the right people to make it happen.
Continuity means that the leaders of the next four hundred years prove they have the vision and the intuition to make clear what has to be done to have clean water and sufficient supplies of it, clean air, and new sources of energy. It also means that their results will very closely resemble their initial vision.
The future is a miracle. Living now gives us the possibility to look ahead into that future. Would you want to take part in it, even if it will be a time you will not live to see?
What will your profile for continuous leadership look like?
What are the good things you would like to work on with your company and the people in it?
